Remove EDI configuration from organization record

Purpose/Overview:
EDI configuration will be moved to mod-configuration as export orders configuration from FOLIO format to EDIFACT

Requirements/Scope:

1. Remove "edi" field from ramls/acq-models/mod-orgs/schemas/organization.json

Approach:

UI migration of old data to new schema. When adding first Integration the ui will populate fields with data from "EDI information" if the Organization had any data in there. 

Acceptance criteria:

• Schema and samples updated
• Major version of the API should be updated for API and sub-modules
