Search organizations by statistics note

Purpose:

Libraries often put important information in the statistics note arewa of an interface record, but there is currently no way to search for data in this field from the Organizations app.

User story statement(s):

As an organizations user,
I want to be able to search fir information contained on an interface record
so that I can identify all organizations with interface and statistics information related to my query.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user has organizations with interfaces
   • When searching for organizations
   • Then user has the ability to search the interface record by specific fields
   • AND all organizations with that interface information are displayed
