      Description

      Purpose: To adjust the Account accordion of the Organization record so that it does not require as many fields

      User story statement(s):

      As a staff member working with accounts in the Organization records
      I want fewer fields to be required
      so that I can complete the Account accordion more easily

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario 1:
        • Given the Create/Edit view of the repeatable Accounts accordion of the Organizations record
        • When a User is creating or editing an Account accordion
        • Then the following fields, which are currently required, should NOT be required
          • Payment method
          • Library code
          • Library EDI code
      2. Scenario 2: As this has not yet been implemented for Accounting code this will not be included in the scope of this story
        • Given the Create/Edit view of the repeatable Accounts accordion of the Organizations record
        • When a User is creating or editing an Account accordion
        • And does not enter data into the above fields
        • Then the Account should use the same values as the Organization for those fields (the same way that the Account Accounting code field is handled)
