Now "primary" is not a required field, migration should make sure a primary is selected

Purpose/Overview: In bugfest users were confused when unable to save organizations because they had no primary address. The ui does not display an error because there is no way to achieve this in the ui.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user is creating organization
   • When required fields are missing from an accordion but the accordion is closed
   • Then user should see an indication that the accordion data is invalid. (Use standard FOLIO pattern from orders) Force open accordion
