"Collapse all" accordions on "contact person" view not working

Overview: When viewing or editing a contact person the collapse all button does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Click organizations app
3. select an organization that has at least 1 contract person
4. Click the contact person
5. Click "Collapse all"

Expected Results: All accordions on the page are collapsed to hide data

Actual Results: Nothing happens when clicking this button

Note: The same issue was observed on the contact person "Edit form"
