Contact addresses' headers are not translated

Overview:
In contact information of an organization the contact addresses' headers ('Primary' : 'Alternate') are not translated.

In this line the accordion's label is set to the category's value, which is not translated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into any folio environment as a user with permission to view and edit organizations (e.g. diku_admin on folio-snapshot)
2. Change session local to German: Settings > Developer > Session locale: Select German
3. Navigate to organizations and choose Otto Harrassowitz GmbH & Co. KG (https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/organizations/view/c0fb5956-cdf1-11e8-a8d5-f2801f1b9fd1?status=Active).
4. In the detail view open the 'Kontaktinformationen' (Contact information) accordion and its first subaccordion.
5. The AddressView's header is not translated: 'Primary'

Expected Results:
The AddressView's header is translated: 'Primär'

Actual Results:
The AddressView's header is not translated: 'Primary'

Additional Information:
Currently the AddressView's default headerFormatter is used. This headerFormatter does not use any translations.
