Can NOT remove delivery method from interface

      Description

      Overview: Once a delivery method has been selected it seem the system treats it as a required field. The user should be able to remove it.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Click organizations app
      3. Select an organization
      4. Click edit organization
      5. Click add interface
      6. Click "New" interface
      7. Input a name
      8. select a delivery method
      9. Save interface
      10. Edit that interface
      11. Remove delivery method
      12. Click save

      Expected Results: Interface is saved with NO delivery method

      Actual Results: Error message appears "The interface was not saved" with no explanation. Interface details are not updated
