Alias descriptions not displayed if Alias 1 has no description

Overview: Alias descriptions not displayed if Alias 1 has no description.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as any user
2. Click organization app
3. Edit organization
4. add multiple Aliases with descriptions
5. Remove description from the first alias if it has one
6. Save
7. View organization

Expected Results: The system always displays descriptions for aliases that have descriptions

Actual Results: Only after adding a description to the first alias does the system show all alias descriptions

Additional Information: After adding a description to the first Alias they all seem to always show
