Add translations for permissions

    Description

      since ui-users and select permission plugin support translation labels, we have to add corresponding translations.
      Acceptance criteria:

      • translations for visible permissions are added to en.json (example);
      • refine translation that there is no permission like settings.module.enabled, module.orders.enabled is visible, create a new one with standard pattern if needed (example);
