Create BigTest skeleton/Mirage

Overview:
This is the first step toward adding unit tests (BigTest) to ui-vendors. The end result is that you'll pave the way for adding actual tests.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A BigTest skeleton/test harness exists and tests can be added with relative ease
• Adequate Mirage configuration is done so that tests can be added with relative ease
• At least one test case exists (can be a simple one, but should use BigTest & Mirage) as proof that everything you need to start adding tests is in place
• Test coverage for ui-vendors is > 0%
