Org Settings: Give More Space to Right Pane

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Go to Settings > Organization
      2. Click on any option (especially those that have 4 panes such as Circulation > Loan Policies or Circulation > Fixed Due Date Schedules)

      Expected: The right pane should have way more room, as hardly any room is needed for the middle pane.

      Actual: Right pane is very cramped
