Campus CRUD: Add Locations Column

• User story:
  As an administrator who is managing FOLIO campuses, I want to know how many locations are using a given campus

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Settings > Organization > Location setup: campuses
   • When a campus is displayed
   • Then a # of locations column should display as shown in the below linked mockups
2. Scenario:
   • Given the # of locations column
   • When displayed
   • Then it should populate with the count of location records using this campus
3. Scenario
   • Given Campus A is in use in only one location: Location L
   • When Location L is deleted OR edited to use a different institution
   • Then the count of locations displaying for Campus A should decrease by 1
