Add Save Buttons to Organization Pages in Settings

Purpose: UX guidance is that there should be an explicit save required for every change in FOLIO. We have some Settings pages that still don't have an explicit save. The purpose of this story is to add one.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario CB: The Save button is not positioned in the right place for Preferred plugins (filed UIORG-42) and SSO settings (Save button is now placed in correct location (22-Jan MarcK)
   • Given the following Settings>Organization pages: Key bindings, Language and localization, Preferred plugins and SSO settings
   • When displayed
   • Then a Save button should display in the upper right corner of the page
2. Scenario
   • Given the save button
   • When no change has been made to the page
   • Then it should be greyed out
3. Scenario
   • Given the save button
   • When a change has been made to the page
   • Then the button should be active
4. Scenario
   • Given the save button
   • When clicked
   • Then:
     • The change should be saved
     • A confirmation message should display reading, "Setting was successfully updated." CB: Working for all except the SSO settings where I am actually getting an error. Filed UIORG-43 / MarcK 26-Jan Tested again with same result
5. Scenario
   • Given there is an unsaved change on any of the following Settings>Organization pages: Key bindings, Language and localization, Preferred plugins and SSO settings CB: This is only sort of working for SSO settings, but there it only works if you navigate to select other places within Settings. It should be triggered by navigating anywhere in FOLIO and should work for all of the pages.
   • When I navigate away from the page by clicking another navigational element in FOLIO OR using the back button in the browser
   • Then I am presented with an unsaved changes notification
     • Text: Save changes?
     • Buttons:
       • Discard changes - Discards changes and allows user to navigate as indicated
       • Cancel - Closes notification popup and leaves user on create/edit user page. Unsaved changes remain and are unsaved.
