Error Selecting Locales in Settings > Language and Localization

    Description

      Steps to Repro:

      1. Log into folio-testing
      2. Go to Settings > Organization > Language and Localization
      3. Select any locale except German

      Expected: The selection should auto-save and FOLIO should be updated to reflect the selected locale (since we don't have translations wired up yet, this really only determines how dates and date pickers are displayed)

      Actual: Get an error and the page doesn't save

      Error:

      ERROR: in module @folio/organization, operation PUT on resource 'setting' failed, saying: {"errors":[{"message":"must be null","type":"1","code":"-1","parameters":[
