    Description

      Purpose: Per discussion in the comments of UIORG-129, there is a lot we need to consider before allowing deletion of a SP. They can be used in locations, loans and requests. We will figure this out and deal with it in a future story. For now we just want to hide the delete button for SPs so we don't cause any problems for ourselves.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given the Service point edit page
        • When displayed
        • Then a delete button should not display (there should be no way to delete a SP)
