Description
Purpose: Allow user to indicate in order template that specific fields should be hidden when order form is used with that template. This will help user that are creating orders to focus on providing the data that administrators need them to provide and nothing else.
User story statement(s):
As an acquisitions administrator,
I want to be able to hide fields from the order form
so that users creating orders are focused on providing the information needed for that type of order
AND they can do so as quickly as possible
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Given user is creating/editing orders that are using Order templates
- When fields ARE hidden by template
- Then user can toggle show/hide all hidden fields by clicking option in action menu
- Scenario:
- Given user is creating/editing orders that are using Order templates
- When fields ARE NOT hidden by template
- Then user DOES NOT see show/hide all hidden fields option in action menu
