Description
Purpose: Users are confusing the amount displayed in the related invoice accordion on the POL for the amount spent on that POL. In reality a POL is only attributed to one or more invoice lines. So the expended amount for a POL is dependent on the number of invoice line it is related to.
NOTE: If this is not possible without BE development we might consider implementing a completely separate table for POL that show related Invoice lines. Instead of related invoices.
User story statement(s):
As an acquisitions librarian,
I want to see the invoice line amount on all POLs
so that I can determine how much I've paid for that specific POL by looking at the related invoice amounts
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Given user has a POL that is linked to one or more invoice line
- When user views POL "Related invoice" accordion
- Then Expended amount column show the invoice line amount of the specific invoice line attached to that POL
- Scenario:
- Given user has a POL that is linked to one or more invoice line
- When user views POL "Related invoice" accordion
- Then "Expended amount" is now labeled "Amount"
- Scenario:
- Given user has a POL that is linked to one or more invoice line(s)
- When user views POL "Related invoice" accordion
- Then "Comment" appears as a column in the table, populated by the corresponding invoice line comment.
