Description
Purpose: Allow user to indicate in order template that specific fields should be hidden when order form is used with that template. This will help user that are creating orders to focus on providing the data that administrators need them to provide and nothing else.
User story statement(s):
As an acquisitions administrator,
I want to be able to hide fields from the order form
so that users creating orders are focused on providing the information needed for that type of order
AND they can do so as quickly as possible
Scenarios:

- Given user is creating/editing an order
- When an order template is selected that contains hidden field triggers
- Then the identified fields are hidden from the order form
