Edit PO Line -> Labels for header and Delete button

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Orders app
2. Select a Purchase Order
3. Select a PO Line and press "Edit" icon to open 'Edit PO Line' form

Actual Result:
The information shown in the header and on Delete button is not user-friendly as it displays the UUID.

Expected Result:
Button and function labels must reference the POL Number (Eg. Edit - POL#, Delete - POL#)
