Update manually add pieces for receiving field

Purpose: Now that users can add pieces in receiving for all order this toggle is confusing. To clarify it needs to be changed but function the same way.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the user is viewing order line
   • When viewing the PO line details accordion
   • Then "Manually add pieces for receiving" is replaced by "Receiving workflow"
2. Scenario: 
   • Given the user is editing order line
   • When viewing PO line details accordion
   • Then "Manually add pieces for receiving" is replaced by "Receiving workflow"
3. Scenario: 
   • Given the user is viewing Order Template
   • When viewing PO line details accordion
   • Then "Manually add pieces for receiving" is replaced by "Receiving workflow"
4. Scenario: 
   • Given the user is editing Order Template
   • When viewing PO line details accordion
   • Then "Manually add pieces for receiving" is replaced by "Receiving workflow"
5. Scenario: 
   • Give the "Receiving workflow" field is shown
   • When user clicks the information Icon
   • Then an updated description is shown:
     • Selecting synchronized will keep the order quantity
       and the number of pieces to be
       received, in sync. This also means
       updating one will update the other. When
       the order is opened, the system will
       generate pieces based on the quantity
       order.

   • Given the user is viewing "Receiving title"
   • When viewing PO line details
   • Then "Manually add pieces for receiving" is replaced by "Receiving workflow"
