Indicate empty required field within accordions while creating Purchase Order Lines

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Orders app
2. Select a Purchase Order
3. Click "Add PO Line" button to open 'Add PO Line' form
4. Fill out some fields and leave some required fields empty inside accordions
5. Click on "Create PO Line" button

Actual result:
PO Line is not created and no alerts are shown to user to inform about empty required fields.

Expected result:
POL accordions missing required information are opened (all accordions are opened if easier)
The cursor is placed in the first required field that is missing information
Required field(s) that are missing information are outlined in red
