Intercept user with confirmation when user unopens Order

Purpose: When an order has been opened and now relates to piece records. If a user changes the status to receipt not required FOLIO should not leave undeceived pieces lingering.

User story statement(s):

As a acquisitions librarian
I want to be able to change a POL status to "Receipt not required" to indicate that no more receiving should be done against this POL
so that no one will receive pieces agains this order by mistake

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Order has been opened and but receipt status is "Receipt not require"
   • When user unopens order
   • Then user is intercepted by simple unopen order confirmation modal that does NOT mention the deleting of pieces
