Lookup Package POL not considered an edit on edit form

Overview: Lookup Package POL not considered an edit on edit form. Meaning when you add a linked package POL the save and close button does not become active

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Create order and order line with required fields**
3. Click edit order line
4. Click "Lookup Package POL"
5. Select a POL

Expected Results: POL information is added to the Linked package field. User can click save and close and the data will be saved successfully.

Actual Results: POL information is added to the Linked package field. Save and close does not become active so user cannot save edits
