Display "Date Ordered" on PO

Purpose: Allow users to confirm they have selected the correct order when searching an filtering by date ordered.

Note: Date ordered refers to the Date that a Purchase Orders is "Opened" in folio.

Scenario: 

• Given the user is in the order application
• When selecting a purchase order with workflow status "Open" from the result list
• Then they can see the "Date ordered" in the order details on the view pane
