Purpose: The user must have the ability to adjust what prefixes and suffixes can be used when building orders. Not all librarians should have the power to create prefix and suffixes for the list. In settings, administrative users will be able to add prefixes and suffixes to the respective lists that will appear in a select list for other users when creating orders.
- User can CRUD terms for the list of Prefixes
- User can CRUD terms for the list of suffixes
- User can toggle the ability to Edit Purchase Order Number when creating order (if false users must use the auto-generated PO Number but can still add prefix or suffix)
