Overview: When adding PO Lines to an order it should not be possible to exceed the allowable number of PO lines. When trying to add more then the system settings allow the interface should display an error message to the user.
- When user clicks 'add po line' check that this will not exceed the PO line limit in settings
- If it does display the following error message: see screenshot
- If user decides to create new PO, the system should duplicate the details of the order they are currently working with and continue to the add po line form on that new order.
