      Description

      Overview: Encumbrance not deleted when order Fund distribution is removed

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Create order with one fund distribution
      3. Open order
      4. Edit order and delete fund distribution
      5. View Fund

      Expected Results: Encumbrance has been deleted

      Actual Results: Encumbrance is left on the Fund record even though 
      Additional Information: See encumbrance at URL below. The related order has no Fund distribution anymore
