Publication date not populated when using "Title look up"

    Description

      Overview: It appears in the POL that if the publication date is in brackets [2020] or preceded by a copyright symbol in the descriptive data of the instance, the pub date is not brought over to the POL.  If the pub date is just the usual four numbers, it carries over.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Create PO
      3. Add POL
      4. Select instance with Title look up
      5. Instance must have a pub date the is in brackets. Ie. [2021]
      6. Save POL
