    Description

Overview: This issue appeared when implementers were analyzing the differences between Honeysuckle and Iris. For these permissions:

      ui-orders.settings.order-templates.create
      ui-orders.settings.order-templates.delete
      ui-orders.settings.order-templates.edit
      ui-orders.settings.order-templates.view

The name of the permission in package.json is different than the name that appears in the UI, which leads to issues when analyzing changes in permissions over time, since the Display Name is what the person would logically look for in the FOLIO UI when trying to see what subpermissions might be available.

The issue is that the name in the en_US.json translation is different than the Display Name, e.g.

ui-orders.settings.order-templates.create has a displayName of "Can view, edit, create new Order Templates" and a translated value in en_US.json of "Settings (Orders): Can view, edit, create new Order Templates"

The latter is likely the correct name, meaning the displayName needs to be corrected.
