With perm Orders: View order lines can not see order lines

Overview: When duplicating an approved PO the duplicate is already set as approved with the same date as the original PO. This will be misleading as users should need to approve the duplicated PO after it has been finalized.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into bugfest-iris with user that ONLY has Orders: View order lines perm
2. Navigate to orders app
3. Select order lines tab
4. Search or filter for order lines

Expected Results: Matching POLs display in result list and user can select and view POLs from the list

Actual Results: POLs do not appear in result list but system says number that have been found
