Some filters not working for POL search

    Description

      Overview: Several filters do not bring up any results, even after I created or edited records to make sure they had input. I also made sure to reset the filters to ensure there were no other active filters impacting the search. The filters that did not work are:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into bugfest-iris
      2. Click orders app
      3. Click POL search tab
      4. Try the following filters and add data to POLs as needed to validate
      • Date Created
      • Access Provider
      • Activated
      • Expected Activation
      • Trial
      • Subscription From
      • Subscription To
      • Expected Receipt Date
      • Receipt Due

      Expected Results: Filters return all order lines with matching data

      Actual Results: "No results found. Please check your filters." message displays even when there are POLs that match the filter criteria
