Cannot save template with renewal date

Overview: Cannot save new order template with renewal date

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-testing
2. navigate to order settings
3. click order templates
4. Click create new
5. Add required fields
6. Set order type ongoing
7. toggle subscription = true
8. enter renewal interval
9. enter Renewal date
10. Click save template

Expected Results: Template saves successfully

Actual Results: Template is not saved and Renewal date "Required" validation appears even though field is filed out.
