      Description

      Purpose: Users that are implementing addresses to support reporting needs and workflows can not rely exclusively on searching to find POs. Filtering by addresses will allow the library to identify the desired orders quickly and reliably.

      User story statement(s):

      As a ordering librarian,
      I want to be able to filter orders by Bill to OR Ship to address name
      so that I can identify orders for export or processing etc.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created with a bill to address
        • When searching for orders
        • Then user has a filter for Bill to
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example) that display address name (Not the detailed address info)
      2. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created a Ship to address
        • When searching for orders
        • Then user has a filter for Ship to
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example) that display address name (Not the detailed address info)
