Clone PO does not set POL status to Pending

Overview: when cloning an Open purchase order the POLs on the new order have receipt and payment status of the cloned POL rather than 'pending'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Create PO
3. Create POL
4. Open that PO
5. Clone the PO
6. Click on the POL of the new PO

Expected Results: POL payment and receipt statuses are "Pending" as PO workflow state is Pending

Actual Results: POL POL payment and receipt statuses matched the statuses of the cloned POL. In the example they would be Awaiting payment and Awaiting receipt respectively.
