      Description

Purpose: Users that are implementing prefixes and suffixes to support reporting needs and workflows can not rely exclusively on searching POL by prefix or suffix. Specifically when they are very simple letter codes (eg. A, C etc.) as this erodes the effectiveness of searching. Filtering will allow the library to identify the desired orders quickly and reliably.

      User story statement(s):

      As a ordering librarian,
I want to be able to filter orders by prefix or suffix
so that I can identify orders for export or processing etc.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created with prefixes
        • When searching for orders
        • Then user has a filter for prefix
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example)
      2. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created with suffixes
        • When searching for orders
        • Then user has a filter for suffix
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example)

Optional scenarios: Implement if possible without BE support

      1. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created with prefixes
        • When searching for orders lines
        • Then user has a filter for prefix
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example)
      2. Scenario:
        • Given orders have been created with suffixes
        • When searching for orders lines
        • Then user has a filter for suffix
        • AND the filter is a "Filterable select list" (see acquisitions unit filter for example)
