Update layout of data on the POL

Purpose: Improve the organization of data on the order line record

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given user is viewing, creating or editing an order line
   • When Expanding the purchase order accordion
   • Then user sees the order data in the order shown in the attached screenshot
     Note: title shown on it's own 'line' across the whole pane. fields in purchase order line accordion re-organized
