PO Line: Update Activation Due field view properties

Overview: In the PO line "view" screen activation due should display a date that is calculated by adding the number days specified to the order sent date for this PO. In the "Edit" screen this should initially be populated by the "Expected Activation Interval" from the associated vendor record. However, the user should be able to adjust it if necessary.
