Link title POL to Package POL

Overview: For package orders libraries may need to track cost for the package as well as select items within the package. These may not all appear on the same FOLIO order. For maintaining a relationship between these POLs the user should be able to specify a link.

Acceptance criteria:
1)
Given user is creating POL
When creating/editing item details
AND IsPackage = false
Then there is a field for "Link package"

2)
Given user wants to add "Link package"
When clicking the “Lookup package POL” hyperlink
Then the search POL plugin appears
AND only POL with ispackage=true are visible

3)
Given user is searching package POLs in plugin
When clicking on a POL
Then Package name is added field
AND plugin is dismissed

5) View
Given user has linked a package to POL
When viewing POL in view pane
Then linked package name appears under title field
AND linked package name is hyperlink to package POL
