Created By shows last clicked User name

Overview
This was observed in bugfest Fameflower. When clicking new order, the created By is populated with the name from the last clicked order instead of the login ID

Steps to Recreate
Scenario 1
1. Login to bugfest
2. Go to Orders and click any order created by any other user
3. Now click new
4. It is observed that the created by is populated with the other user name rather than the login name

Was logged in as "folio" but shows some other user name in "created By"

2. DO NOT CLICK ANY ORDER
3. Directly click new
4. It is observed that the created by is not populated
The order creation in this case fails with Submit validation failed
