Cancel POL creation doesn't reload PO

    Description

      How to reproduce:
      Create PO
      Click 'Add POL'
      Click 'X'

      Actual: Create POL is dismissed and user is taken to PO Line Details view but it won't load because you didn't actually create a POL

      Expected: Create POL is dismissed and system reloads the PO view
