Description
Purpose: Purchase order line(s) may live in a pending state for some time. In order to purge stale draft purchase orders and order lines the user will need a reliable indication of when the order line was created.
High Level Requirements:
- When a new order line is added the system should set the created on date
- Create On should not be editable
