    Description

Overview: Often for ongoing orders payment information needs to be edited, and closing the PO to create a new one would not be ideal.

      approach:
      Editing order quantity

      1. Allowing user to 'reopen' orders and edit quantity will also allow them to trigger the order to be resent to the vendor.
        1. When quantity is lowered pieces and related items in inventory will need to be removed
        2. When order is reopened System will not allow the user to remove items that have open requests on them (User will need to select piece(s) to be removed)
      2. Allow user to edit quantities and location information.

        2. System will not allow the user to remove items that have open requests on them (User will need to select piece(s) to be removed)

      Acceptance criteria:

        1. Given user is editing open order line
        2. When lowering quantity of items or changing location of quantities
        3. Then user clicks save and system prompts them to select piece(s) to be deleted
        4. AND system will clearly state that "The selected piece(s) and Its' linked Item record(s) in inventory will be permanently deleted. You can NOT delete items that have open requests."

Note: user can not choose pieces with open requests without closing or removing requests from inventory items first
