Change UI for POL Contributor and Product ID fields to grid format and add Qualifier

Purpose:
To change the format for repeatable data elements in the POL Item details to the grid format used in Inventory, so that we don't have repeating headers for repeated fields, and to add the qualifier field to the Identifier
NOTE: This change is only for the POL detail view, not the Create/Edit view

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given a user viewing a POL
   • When the user views the contributor field
   • Then change it to the grid format similar to the one used in Inventory, but different columns. See Inventory Contributor Grid.PNG
     • Header: Contributor
     • 1 row for each contributor, with every other row shaded differently
     • Columns for Contributor and Contributor type
2. Scenario 2
   • Given a user viewing a POL
   • When the user views the Product ID field
   • Then change it to the grid format similar to the one used in Inventory, but different columns. See Inventory Identifier Grid.PNG
     • Header: Product ID
     • 1 row for each Product ID, with every other row shaded differently
     • Columns for ID, Qualifier, Type
3. Scenario 3
   • Given a user viewing a POL with a Product ID field with Product ID type = ISBN
   • When the user views the POL details
   • Then ensure that the data is displayed in three fields
     • Product ID
     • Qualifier [optional]
     • Identifier type

4. Scenario 4
   • Given a user viewing a POL with a Product ID field with Product ID type of any kind other than ISBN
   • When the user views the POL details
   • Then ensure that the data is displayed in three fields
     • Product ID
     • Qualifier [will always be empty]
     • Identifier type
5. Scenario 5
   • Ensure test coverage is 80%+

NOTE: We're not changing the create/edit screen to grid format/one header for now; that's lower priority than changing the view/edit screen
