Move ISBN Qualifier to separate field in UI Create/Edit screen

Purpose:
To separate the ISBN qualifier from the ISBN number in the Create/Edit and View POL screens.
NOTE: There will be a qualifier field for all product ID types, but we'll only separate it for ISBN for now. Other product ID types may be adjusted in the future.

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given a user creating/editing a POL
   • When working with product ID data
   • Then ensure there are 3 fields for the Product ID
     • Product ID
     • Qualifier (the new field)
     • Identifier type

2. Scenario 2
   • Given a user creating/editing a Product ID with identifier type = ISBN
   • When FOLIO automatically copies the ISBN from Inventory
   • Then only allow the ISBN in the Product ID field
   • And move any additional information to the Qualifier field
   • NOTE: The qualifier is usually separated from the ISBN by a space. Remove that space. Often the qualifier is enclosed in parentheses, e.g. (alk. paper). Retain any punctuation in the qualifier.
   • NOTE: If user is manually inputting an ISBN, we will validate in UIOR-332, which should force them to only input valid ISBN in the ID and any qualifier in the separate field.
3. Scenario 3
   • Ensure this change is in the Template as well
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure test coverage is 80%+
