PO Line: Align Editable "PO Line Details" fields with Mockup

    Description

      Purpose: Ensure that all fields found in the mockup appear in the interface.

      Requirements:

      • Add an asterisk to required fields
      • Make sure field labels are consistent in both edit and view panes

      Missing Boolean Terms

      • See mockup (Rush, Re Encumber, Checkin Items)

      Note: Spacing in layout is not to be followed. Fields should be aligned in an orderly manner with consistent padding.
