Template fix: E-resource details accordion

Overview: All values are not being saved in the template's E-resource details accordion, nor being transferred to the POL

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Settings/Orders/Templates
3. Create a new template
   • Order format: P/E mix or E
   • Fill in all the details of the eResources details accordion
4. Save the template
5. View the eResources details accordion of the template
6. Change to the Orders app
7. Create a new PO using the template
8. Then create a POL
9. Review the eResources details accordion of the POL

Expected Results: All template values in the eResources details accordion are saved and transfer to the POL

Actual Results:

1. In the template, I can enter the Activation due and Create inventory values, but they are not saved (do not show in the Template detail view)
2. Activation due and Create inventory values do not carry over to the POL from the template
