Template fix: Renewal Info accordion

Overview: If I set values in the PO template for the Renewal Info accordion, they should carry over into the PO

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to Settings/Orders/Templates
3. Create a new template
   • Order type: Ongoing
   • Fill in all fields of the Renewal Info accordion
4. Save the template and view the Renewal Info details of the template
5. Go to the Orders app
6. Create a new PO using the template
7. Review the PO's Renewal info accordion

Expected Results: All values from the template's Renewal Info accordion should carry over into the PO

Actual Results: None of the template values show in the Renewal Info accordion of the PO
