For receiving and check-in of POLs, only display Item status = In process

Purpose: To remove the In transit and Available options from the Item status choices when receiving or checking in a piece.

As a staff person receiving or checking in multiple titles on a POL
I want to only see the Item status of In process
So that the pieces' item records connect properly to the automatic circulation and requests processes

Why? To trigger fulfillment of requests or movement of the piece to the appropriate location, it must be checked in at a circulation desk (not the acquisitions "check in") and have the item status updated automatically by FOLIO

Note: This will mean Item status will display as disabled field instead of select list. For both receiving and checkin

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the Receiving Preliminary and Confirmation screens
   • If current related item status is "On-order" new status will be set to "In process"
   • If current related item status is anything other than "On-order" Item status will NOT be changed
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the Check-in Preliminary and Confirmation screens
   • If current related item status is "On-order" new status will be set to "In process"
   • If current related item status is anything other than "On-order" Item status will NOT be changed
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the Receiving Preliminary and Confirmation screens
   • AND the Check-in Preliminary and Confirmation screens
   • When displaying the Item status
   • Then display as passive field (Not editable by user)
4. Scenario 4
   • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot
