Add Acq Unit to the Order Template

    Description

      Purpose: To add the Acquisitions Unit field to the order template. Tags in order templates are handled in UIOR-342, since they are currently blocked, and we don't want the Acq Unit template work to be blocked.

      As a staff person
      I want to be able to assign the Acquisitions unit as part of the order template
      So that I can save that step when creating orders

      Scenarios

      1. Scenario 1
        • Given the order templates in Settings\Orders\Order template
        • When the Create/Edit order template is displayed
        • Then include the Acquisitions Unit field in the PO information field of the template
        • With a dropdown list including all acquisitions units available in Settings\Acquisitions Unit
        • And allowing for multi-select
      2. Scenario 2
        • Ensure test coverage is 80%+
