Support PoLine FundDistribution schema updates from UI

    Description

      Purpose: To support changes in related back-end ticket MODORDERS-242 we need to change UI to send fund id instead of fund code.

      Acceptance:

      • Add "fundId" - UUID of the fund - required;
      • fund id is sent to backend when submitting fund distribution
      • tests coverage per DoD;
